It was at this point we asked Captain Marcos to upgrade our trip from “Half-Day” and possibly add a couple of hours, which he did for a nominal fee. When the Billfish weren’t cooperating (because we specifically asked to fish for Billfish) he suggested changing species and put us right on the fish… so much that several other boats saw us catching fish and sped over to our location like groupies at a concert and dropped their lines right next to us at which point Captain Marcos promptly ushered them away. We had a great “Half-Day +” Fishing experience with Captain Marcos on August 3rd, 2021 with clear skies and flat seas.
